Solidarity
While the women’s march in Pakistan is not an elite or upper-class movement, there is no denying that women with more privilege, education, and resources are more likely to be able to attend the march and publicly advocate for gender justice as compared to working class women.
I drew this illustration to emphasize the importance of solidarity in the movement and how important it is for privileged women with the ability to champion this cause publicly to also account for the realities and concerns of their working class sisters.
