Amanda Nguyên

Civil rights trailblazer and Nobel Peace Prize nominee Amanda Nguyen has been leading a revolutionary fight for the rights of sexual assault survivors. Following her own experience of injustice as a rape survivor at Harvard, Nguyen became determined to disrupt the way the criminal justice system treat survivors of sexual assault. She founded the social justice startup Rise - a nonprofit organisation which is aimed to protect the civil rights of sexual assault and rape survivors.

Amanda has also been a powerful voice behind the movement to stop growing attacks against Asians across the US.
